DispatchNow Terms of Trade

Please read these Terms of trade carefully. By accessing www.dispatchnow.co.nz or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms of trade below. These terms of trade are subject to change without notice.


HOURS OF OPERATION

The hours of operation for the Customer Care 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday


PLACING AN ORDER

Orders placed by purchase order via email : orders@dispatchnow.co.nz.
Once an order has been processed, no changes can be made to that order, this includes adding items, removing items, changing quantities or pricing and amending the address. Where additional items are needed after an order has been processed, a second order can be processed and is subject to all applicable freight and administration charges.

ORDER CUTOFF TIMES

All orders received before 11:00AM will be dispatched for same day shipment.


DELIVERY SERVICE & TIMES

Customer orders, once received, will be processed and invoiced within 24 hours Delivery times may vary depending on the volume of customer orders received throughout the month, and can also be affected by seasonal periods and public holidays.


TIME OF DELIVERY

All deliveries are undertaken by a variety of Courier Services and may occur between 8:00AM - 6:00PM Monday to Friday. All deliveries require a signature at time of receipt.


FREIGHT

Orders in excess of $200 excluding GST will be despatched freight free, orders under $250 excluding GST will attract a freight and administration charge of $12.00 excluding GST for all destinations within New Zealand.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Items out of stock at the time of order are detailed as” 0 Qty Order” and “0 Qty Despatched”, these items will appear on the invoice but they will appear without a charge ( for customer reconciliation).There are currently no automatic back-orders.

Orders for returned out of stock products are subject to all normal freight and administration charges.


CREDIT CLAIMS AND RETURN OF GOODS

Requests for credit claims must be made to Customer Care team within 3 working days following delivery of goods. Credit claims can be made by phone to our Customer Care team via email to orders@dispatchnow.co.nz

Return of Goods:

Goods returned without prior authorization from Dispatch Now will not be accepted. Once notified by the customer, Dispatch Now Customer Care team will provide a goods return authorisation number and paperwork. This paperwork must accompany all returns to the location advised at the time of making the credit claim.

Dispatch Now will only accept goods that are:

  • In saleable condition with a goods return authorisation number attached
  • Returned to the correct Dispatch Now location
  • Packaged securely: not damaged or soiled prior to or during the course of return
  • Not marked with store security or price tags
  • Credit claims for items being returned will be approved in accordance with the guidelines above on receipt of goods back at our Distribution Centres.

Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items:
Unfortunately, these credit claims cannot be accepted. Where Dispatch Now agrees to accept the return of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, the return must be in line with the guidelines stated above, with the return at the cost to the customer.


STANDARD TERMS

Standard terms of trade are 20th of the month following from date of invoice for customers who qualify for credit. Dispatch Now reserves the right to change payment terms with 30 days notice to the customer. Payment must be made to terms less any amount in query. Dispatch Now Ltd reserves the right to register retention of title interests over our goods against our Customer under the Personal Properties Securities Act 2009 and will confirm to the Customer if registration is made.


PRICE CHANGES

Price changes from suppliers may occur without notice. Please check invoices carefully.


METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment credit account holders can be made by Direct Debit to :
ASB Dispatch Now 12-3260-0007894-00 . Please reference Company and Invoice number


OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

New Orders will be placed on hold If account are Overdue without prior approval for more than 2 weeks. Dispatch Now Ltd reserves the right to recover any additional costs incurred in relation to the collection of any overdue debt. Dispatch Now Ltd reserves the right to use a third party collection agency and legal representative.


NEW & EXISTING CUSTOMERS

Where a customer expects to purchase less than $2,000 of goods per annum, Dispatch Now Ltd reserves the right to require payment prior to goods being dispatched.


Changes and Applicable Law

We reserve the right to make changes to our web site and the policies and conditions that govern the use of our web site at any time. We encourage you to review the web site and these terms regularly for any updates or changes. Your continued access or use of our web site shall be deemed your acceptance of these changes and the reasonableness of these standards for notice of changes. Use of the DispatchNow web site and purchases of products from DispatchNow shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the New Zealand, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Samples Plus  shall be brought exclusively in New Zealand court.
